The Extreme Nonprofit Makeover is an annual all-volunteer community give-back to the 501(c)(3) nonprofits in Guilford County, North Carolina.
There are very few rules. Please read them prior to submitting an application.
What the Makeover Includes
The Makeover provides some or all of these technology upgrades:
- A new WordPress website
- New brand mark (logo)
- Major technology hardware, networking & WiFi upgrades
- A year of managed services for tech hardware and Office 365
- A new VoIP phone system
- Website copywriting
- A custom video for your website or campaign
- A free managed Google AdWords campaign for one year
- Google Analytics dashboard customization
- Software training
- Fundraising assistance
- Refurbishing serviceable computers
- SEO optimization for the website
What the Makeover Does NOT Do
The Makeover Team does not choose:
- Home-based nonprofits
- Groups whose work is focused outside Guilford County
- Nonprofits who are not members of the Consortium
- Organizations with no salaried employees
- Nonprofits without permanent office space
- Groups that want funding to pay for software or special programs
- Those who do not need the services we provide
- Organizations without valid IRS Determination Letters
- Groups that do not have written policies stating they do not discriminate based on race, religion, age, sexual orientation or anything similar
- Religious groups; however, faith-based groups are welcome to apply
