Win-Win Resolutions, Extreme Nonprofit Makeover Recipient

WIN-WIN RESOLUTIONS’ MISSION

To reduce bullying, violence and prejudice in schools and communities by training C.R.E.W. program facilitators to teach conflict resolution and positive social skills through interactive drama.

Win-Win Resolution’s Impact

Win-Win Resolutions provides conflict resolution training nationally for professionals that work with children, young adults, teachers and parents. Our broader goal is to reach the classroom, the peer group, the family and the neighborhood. Institutionalized and personal behaviors grounded in discrimination and fear of differences is boldly impacted through our unique methodology. The use of professional counselors with expertise in the newly targeted critical youth subcultures enables us to identify youth at greatest risk and recommend follow-up services. The interactive nature of Win-Win’s program affords participants the opportunity to experience, create and practice positive conflict resolution in a non-threatening manner while coming face-to-face with deep-seated personal beliefs, which foster exclusion.
